Berkana
Mother Earth · Beginnings · Rebirth
Our foundational membership, inspired by the grounding energy of the earth and where our story began. Rooted at our South location, Berkana includes full access to sauna and steam—ideal for establishing a steady wellness ritual built on heat, rest, and renewal.
Berkana includes: Access to sauna and steam at South and Breathwork sessions from our Level 1- series at the West location (only).
Best for: those beginning their journey, seeking consistency in one location, with space to explore breath and body awareness at their own pace.
This tier also offers a gentle introduction to our West location, with access to select breathwork sessions (Level 1 only). While it does not include sauna, steam, or cold plunge access at West, it’s a beautiful way to explore breath-led practices and experience the energy of our expanded space.

Once-a-month
Berkana once-a-month is perfect for those craving a monthly reset. Each month, you can choose between a sauna and steam session at our South location or a breathwork session (Level 1 only) at West. A simple way to stay grounded, reconnect with your body, and carve out intentional time—no matter how full life gets.

Unlimited
Unlimited is for those ready to make wellness a core ritual. Enjoy unlimited access to sauna and steam at South and breathwork sessions (Level 1 only) at West, allowing you to flow between both experiences as often as you like. Build a rhythm that matches your energy—daily, weekly, or whenever your body calls for it.
Berkana Membership $175/ month

Laguz
Water · Flow · Inner Journey
Inspired by the transformative force of water, Laguz invites you into deeper contrast and inner exploration. This tier is rooted entirely at our West location, where cold plunge, steam, and energizing breathwork come together in a flow-state ritual designed to invigorate and awaken.
Laguz includes: Access to sauna and steam at West Breathwork sessions from our Level 2 and Level 3 series — each paired with cold plunge therapy at West. It does not include access to services in the Berkana tier. Instead, it offers a completely different energy—fiery and fluid, bold and body-focused.
Best for: those craving intensity, clarity, and the physical rush of true contrast. Perfect for athletes, high-performers, or anyone seeking a powerful reset through heat, breath, and cold.

Once-a-month gives you access to one full experience each month at our West location—a self-guided sauna & steam session (includes cold plunge). Ideal for those looking to tap into contrast therapy without a full-time commitment.

Once-a-month gives you access to one guided breathwork experience from our Level 2 or Level 3 series each month at our West location (includes cold plunge). Ideal for those looking for guided therapy without a full-time commitment.

Unlimited
Unlimited is for those ready to make cold, breath, and heat a core part of their lifestyle. Come as often as you’d like for sauna and steam at West, or dive into breathwork (Level 2 & Level 3) + cold plunge sessions whenever your system needs a reset.
Laguz Membership $225/ month
One keeps your energy in motion. The other lets you ride the full wave, whenever it rises.
Kenaz
Fire · Illumination · Transformation
Kenaz represents the flame within—the torch that lights the path of growth, personal power, and ritual. This is our most expansive membership, designed for those who crave full-spectrum wellness and the freedom to move between both locations.
Kenaz includes: Dual-location access to sauna & steam at both South and West. Full access to all breathwork sessions, including Level 1, Level 2 & Level 3- series. Unlimited sessions across both spaces—flow freely between experiences.
Best for: seekers of transformation, routine lovers, multi-location guests, and those committed to their own evolution.
This is the tier for those who want it all. It’s about consistency, deep ritual, and having access to every service in our fire-and-water ecosystem.

Unlimited
With Kenaz Unlimited, you have complete freedom to immerse yourself in our full range of offerings—whenever you need it, as often as you like. Flow between sauna & steam at both locations, or drop into any of our breathwork sessions. This membership is designed for those who want full access without limits—your wellness, on your terms.

Choose from 60 or 90-minute massage, once (1) a month, available at both locations for a powerful companion with contrast therapy for deeper restoration.

Membership FAQs
All memberships have a one time enrollment fee due upon signing up.
Our memberships are auto-pay contracts. Our auto-pay contracts are month to month after the first six months. Cancel any time after your sixth payment on all memberships. MUST cancel prior to payment being charged.
Hold options – Members can suspend their memberships once a year with a maximum 3 month end date.
A little grace – Once a year pass on late cancel or no show fees (every 12 months)
