Breathwork at Cedar & Steam is more than a class — it’s a guided experience to help you reset, release, and reconnect. Our certified Breathwork Coaches bring unique expertise and energy to each session, creating a safe and supportive environment for your practice.
Just like with massage, no two sessions are alike. Some classes are energizing and powerful, others restorative and grounding. Certain sessions may also include cold plunge, adding another dimension to the experience. Whether you’re here to reduce stress, process emotions, or simply deepen your connection with yourself, our coaches are here to guide you.
We recommend reading each coach’s bio to find the right fit for your energy and intention. Every session is done in a group setting, led by a coach who will facilitate, hold space, and empower you through the process. Drop-ins are always welcome — just bring an open mind, your breath, and a willingness to explore.
I’m happiest outside—listening to birds, walking my dogs, or unapologetically hugging a tree. I’m an thrill-seeking, adventure-lover who’s into skiing, scrambling, backcountry camping, surfing, scuba diving, yoga, and Pilates. My newest challenge is learning how to play the handpan.
Area of Strength: I excel at guiding people through high-intensity experiences with steadiness and reassurance, helping them gently expand their capacity while feeling truly supported. I love teaching simple, practical nervous-system tools that people can use in everyday life, and creating embodied experiences through breath, movement, and cold exposure that help individuals feel more connected to themselves.
Goals: Over the next few years, I aim to deepen my training in advanced breathwork facilitation, somatic integration, STOTT Pilates, and sound healing, expanding the ways I support clients in meaningful, sustainable transformation.
I am passionate about sharing these practices to offer people practical tools they can use in their everyday lives to support themselves, reconnect with themselves more deeply, and create space for greater self-exploration and healing. I am a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher with additional training in breathwork coaching, pranayama and sacred sound practices.
In my time off, I’m often attending yoga classes, spending time with friends and family, walking my dogs, hiking and playing my harp.
Area of Strength: Creating a safe, supportive space that encourages self-compassion, self-exploration, and nervous system support.
Goals: I love learning and would like to continue expanding my knowledge in different styles of breathwork, including further training in conscious, connected breathwork with Numa.
When I’m not facilitating sessions, I’m usually chasing waterfalls, soaking up warm weather, and creating adventures with my daughter. Nature is my happy place and a constant source of inspiration in both my life and work.
Area of Strength: Nervous System Regulation, Trauma-Informed Healing, and Embodied Personal Growth
Helping clients feel safe within themselves, navigate life’s challenges with resilience, and create lasting emotional and physical well-being.
Goals: My goal is to inspire more people to discover the power of breathwork while deepening my expertise in trauma-informed healing and expanding transformative retreats, workshops, and holistic wellness programs that support lasting personal growth, one person at a time.
Outside of Cedar & Steam, you’ll usually find me spending time with my husband and two daughters, exploring the outdoors, cycling, lifting weights, or moving my body through yoga and Pilates. I’m passionate about building community, embracing an active lifestyle, and finding joy in the simple moments that help us slow down and reconnect. I believe balance isn’t about doing everything perfectly—it’s about making space for what matters most.
Area of Strength: My greatest strength is creating a welcoming, inclusive environment where people feel safe to slow down, be themselves, and explore their wellness journey without judgment. I bring a calm, compassionate presence, blending my experience in Human Resources, yoga, and breathwork to meet each person where they are. I believe meaningful transformation begins with feeling seen, supported, and connected.
Goals: My goal as a breathwork coach is to make these practices approachable, empowering, and accessible to everyone, regardless of where they are on their wellness journey. I hope to continue expanding my knowledge of breathwork, nervous system regulation, and holistic well-being while creating meaningful experiences that foster connection, resilience, and personal growth. Above all, I aspire to build a community where people feel safe to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and discover the transformative power of the breath—both at Cedar & Steam and in everyday life.
