Every person, from our Relation Specialists to our leadership are purposefully equipped to enhance and elevate your experience.

Our Relaxation Specialists are the heart of your CEDAR & STEAM experience. They welcome you in, get you oriented, and set the tone for your visit — from check-in to serving kombucha on tap at our Remedy Bar.

Beyond hospitality, our RS team keeps the spa flowing: guiding guests, supporting reservations and retail, and ensuring every detail of the space is cared for. Behind the scenes, they’re the ones who keep the environment clean, calm, and ready for your wellness journey.

We’ve designed two complementary RS roles — Guru and Flow — each with unique tasks and priorities, working seamlessly together to create balance. It truly takes a team to run the spa, and every member plays a vital role in shaping the guest experience.

On the ground at the spa, our Leadership Team is hands-on and heart-led. These are the people guiding our Relaxation Specialists, Registered Massage Therapists, and Breathwork Coaches day-to-day. They oversee the guest experience, maintain operational flow, and nurture the wellness community we’ve built inside our walls.

The Leadership Team was born in early 2021 to support our growing spa and team culture. Each role is designed to elevate the guest experience, provide mentorship to staff, and ensure our values show up in every detail — from the moment you’re greeted at the door to the way we continue to innovate our services.

Together, both our Directors and Leadership Teams work in harmony — one shaping the vision, the other bringing it to life in the spa every day.

Our Directors are the backbone of Cedar & Steam’s growth. Working virtually, they provide high-level support in operations, systems, strategy, and vision. Their role is to ensure the spa can thrive long-term while staying true to our mission of making wellness accessible. From shaping policies to designing training frameworks and offering mentorship, our directors help guide the brand forward and support the founder in scaling the business.

Each director brings their own zone of genius — whether in business development, strategy, or team coaching — and together they form a powerful think tank that strengthens every aspect of our company.
