Elissa Carter-Wells

Elissa joins us with extensive spa and management experience. Graduating in 2017 with an Administrative Professional certificate from Bow Valley College. She has a passion for adminative work and the wellness industry. Her management style is uniquely catered towards each individual. Diving into each team members skills, knowledge and diverse backgrounds to understand where their strengths and passions lie. She does this in order to nurture, develop and grow these skills. Understanding the teams strengths and weaknesses is important in order to guide, mentor and develop the team as the company grows. Elissa loves music. She has a passion for live, local shows at small intimate venues. She grew up teaching dance from an early age. Dealing with many injuries from dance she understands the importance of self care. She’s excited to learn and grow with the team as we develop new procedures to elevate the team & guest experience.
