Relaxation Specialists

We put relaxation first

Our Relaxation Specialists guide guests through the relaxation process. Setting each guest up for success by getting them checked in, touring them through our spa and pouring kombucha served on tap at our Remedy bar.

The RS team is here to support our guests and keep the facility operating. Our RS team focuses on customer service, retail sales and reservations but behind the scenes they keep the spa clean and in operation. We split our RS team into two important roles working in conjunction with each other. The RS roles operate at the same time with different tasks lists and different priorities. We call these rolls Guru and Flow. Each team member is cross trained in both. We believe it takes a team to run the spa and each team member is vital to the operation and guest experience.

Taylor, M. (she/her)

Relaxation Specialist
I have spent the last 5 years on a personal health and wellness journey which has been shaped by my many travels from 5.5 months exploring Canada in a converted camper van, 4.5 months trekking through Costa Rica to another 2 week van trip through Iceland. These experiences sparked a deeper interest in the wellness space so I started by getting certified as a integrative health coach & embarked on 4 month women’s embodiment course, connecting health with personal empowerment.

I’m passionate about fostering a deep connection with others, rooted in values of wellness, balance, and mindful living.

I thrive in environments where I can help others achieve their wellness goals, whether it’s through building strong, foundational health habits or creating a calm, restorative space. My expertise lies in combining intuitive wellness practices with mindfulness, and I especially enjoy guiding women on their personal wellness journeys, helping them cultivate self-confidence and peace.

Goals: I’m eager to dive deeper into financial health and freedom, with the long-term dream of purchasing a homestead where I can live sustainably and holistically.
Favourite Sauna/Steam room: It’s a toss-up between the Himalayan salt room, with its calming energy, and the infrared sauna, where the deep heat helps me reset both physically and mentally.
Something Personal: Outside of work, I love hiking, being immersed in nature, slacklining, and hula-hooping. Recently, I’ve picked up a new hobby of learning to mix music on DJ tables, which has been an exciting creative outlet.

Willow L. (she/her)

Relaxation Specialist
I learned at a young age the value in resilience, I am a mixed native woman who grew up with rough and challenging circumstances that I learned how to overcome and rise above despite any circumstances. I’ve been to school for several things but my favourite and most used education is that of psychology, reflexology, EFT, acupressure, trigger point massage.

I am a hard working, honest, open minded and flexible individual with a strong passion for learning new things.

My areas of expertise include psychology, reflexology, EFT and acupressure. I love that these skills include sub fields that are used such as organic chemistry, metaphysics and eastern medicine practices. They allow me to blend in the neo traditional Navajo medicines my family’s lineage passed down as well such as drum medicine and herbology. I thoroughly enjoy being able to help balance the three bodies and pass on teachings.

Goals: I’d love to dive into acupuncture over time as well as finish my degree in Animal Assisted Therapy. Id like to be able to run a sanctuary that provides workshops and services for balancing and integrating the three bodies across all birth defects that individuals may face.
Favourite Sauna/Steam room: The cedar sauna!
Something Personal: I work with neo traditional medicines blended with eastern modalities to help aid the long term care and correction of birth defects in all ages such as FAS/D, NAS, CP and TBI’S. I also provide tinctures and alcohol free balms that assist in balancing hormones, metabolism irregularities and chemical regulations in the brain.
