We opened our doors in 2019 with a small team of 3. Eager to offer Calgarians a unique way to relax we quickly built a community around wellness. Today our team consists of various roles:
Our Relaxation Specialists (RS) guide our guests through the spa while educating them on how to use our facility. Our Registered Massage Therapists (RMT) offer customized treatments to help our guests relax. In 2021 our team expanded to include leadership and support roles. We work together to make sure the spa is operating smoothly and efficiently. In 2025 we expanded to 2 locations. This evolved some of our part time roles to full time. As well as the addition of our Breathwork Coaches joining to guide our breathwork sessions at our west location.
We continuously evolve in order to make sure our team and our guests get our 5-star experience. We have a diverse team with varied backgrounds and skills. We believe this allows us to see things from different perspectives and take a unique approach at solving obstacles. We are all about teamwork and challenging each other to continue to learn and grow.

- In addition to the benefits listed above we also encourage RMT trades. These are complimentary between RMT’s.
- We also encourage our breathwork coaches to observe and step into each others guided sessions to learn or expand their skills. We believe in wellness and skill building. This is a great way to share techniques and learn from each other.
We also work with other local companies to offer local discounts. We partner with complimentary businesses’ to offer trade discounts to each other so that we can all thrive and enjoy trying other local spots!
