Change rooms, sauna towels, lockers and showers provided. We recommend staying hydrated by complimenting your experience with a cold kombucha on tap at our Remedy bar. Enjoy!
We suggest warming the body up to get your relaxation process started. It is a great way to open the pores and start perspiring. You can do this in any one of our saunas or steam room. Next, cool your body down with a cold plunge or shower at our rinse station. This closes the pores and releases those happy endorphins leaving you feeling invigorated and refreshed!
A great way to rest after hot and cold is to follow this up with a massage. Your muscles and joints will already be relaxing and releasing tension. Make sure you are staying hydrated during your sauna and steam sessions. We offer cold refreshments at our Remedy bar. You are welcome to finish off at the bar or take one with you and enjoy in our saunas.
Sauna & Steam sessions are Maximum 2 hours. Sauna & Steam passes are non-shareable & non-transferable. They are to be used by the individual who purchases the passes. They never expire and remain on the individuals account until used.
This sauna originated in Finland and is our hottest sauna. Drizzle a little water on the rocks for a bit of extra heat. Make sure to check with the upper bench as heat rises!
Our most popular way to detox – infrared saunas are not as hot as traditional saunas so if you can’t take the heat, this one’s for you. Infrared light has the ability to penetrate human tissue which in turn produced a host of anti-aging health benefits.
Trending! Himalayan salt is best known for its anti-inflammatory properties and ability to fight infections. This sauna allows you to breath in the salty air while sweating which might make you feel like you’re ocean-side.
The most humid of all the rooms – reaching 100% humidity, our steam room allows you to melt away all your stresses. The humidity has a cleansing effect on the respiratory tract. Try taking the plunge while in our steam room – we’ve added a bit of fun with our plunge bucket!
We call them cold showers but your can have them at any temperature you want. Rinsing between sauna and steam sessions helps cool down your body while the hot and cold therapy allows for happy endorphins to release. The experience will be transcending.
